Been living in western mass for the last 5 years; before that all over northern new england, am orginally from New Hampshire. Started out after college (mount holyoke '89) working for the Appalachian Mountain Club, then put in 3 miserable years at Barnes & Noble, but finally after much grumbling took the plunge into trying to be creative for a living and now work for Shakespeare & Company, a theater in Lenox, MA as a stitcher and designer in their costume department. Still must work as a retail lackey to make the ends meet.
